As a Snoweco Snow Technician, you'll be responsible for clearing residential driveways and sidewalks after snowfalls. Our system is built for efficiency and fairness — so you can focus on the work, not chasing clients or organizing your own routes.

Here's how it works:

1. Receive an Email with a Property List - After each snowfall, you’ll receive an email containing lists of 4–10 residential properties needing service. All homes in a list are located in close proximity for quicker, more efficient clearing.

2. Bid on the Lists You Want - Bidding is first come, first serve. Choose the list(s) you want to complete that day — you're never obligated to accept anything you're not comfortable with.

3. Get to Work - Once a list is yours, you complete the jobs on the same day. Our team coordinates routing so you can work smarter, not harder.

Becoming a Snoweco technician is simple — no special certifications or licenses are needed. Here’s what you do need:

• A vehicle and valid driver’s license

• A shovel (minimum). A snowblower, snow shovel, or plow truck can help boost your efficiency and earnings.

• A smartphone to receive notifications and confirm job completion

• A strong work ethic and commitment to timeliness

• You are responsible for your own liability insurance

No previous snow clearing experience is required.
